No app needed — and that's deliberate. Luminara runs straight from your browser, so there's nothing to download, nothing to update, and no account to set up twice. Just click your session link and you're in, whether you're on a laptop, tablet, or phone. It works with Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

All our practitioners are English speakers, and we indicate on their profiles if they are proficient in another language, such as French or Spanish. However, in most cases, very little is spoken during energy healing sessions, so fluency is not required. After all, energy is the universal language :)

Our session prices vary by practitioner, with 60 to 90-minute sessions typically ranging from $100 to $200. We also offer packages of multiple sessions, allowing you to plan your healing journey in advance and fit sessions seamlessly into your schedule.

We accept over 135 currencies, including USD and EUR.

You can securely pay through our platform using most major bank or credit cards, thanks to our integration with Stripe, a trusted payment processor. Payment is collected before the session to ensure everything is seamless and ready for your healing experience.

Once you pay for a booking, you can modify or reschedule your healing session as many times as you need, as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before your session. However, out of courtesy to the practitioner, rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours, as it can be difficult to fill an empty slot at the last minute. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, it will be counted as completed, and no refund will be issued.

That said, we are happy to consider exceptional cases where attending the session becomes impossible (when the stars just don’t align ❤).
