Over the past year, we’ve listened closely to our community, and many Luminaries (this is what we call ourselves and all Luminara lovers) have shared that while you feel drawn to this work, the process of choosing a healer can feel overwhelming, vulnerable, or simply unfamiliar.

So, we created something special for you. Something designed to guide you confidently toward finding the healer who is right for you.

We are excited to introduce a new offering inside Luminara:

20-Minute Discovery Calls for $10

You can now book a 20-minute discovery call with any healer of your choice for only $10. These discovery calls are a simple and intentional way for you to meet the healer or healers who truly resonate with you and get to know them better before committing to a full session. They provide a space for you to connect, ask questions, and feel into the energetic alignment before beginning the deeper work.

Although the discovery call has a $10 booking fee, that fee is fully refunded when you book a full session with the same healer within 7 days. It is our way of honoring your commitment, your exploration, and your investment in your wellness.

This offering was created to support you not just in choosing a healer, but in choosing the healer who feels right for you.

How Luminara’s Matching Experience Works

One of the pieces that makes Luminara unique is how personalized our entire process is. We do not believe in guesswork or that anything is random. The universe and everything in it was created with beautiful intention and attention to detail, and we built our platform following the same principles. We want you to feel deeply met as soon as you click onto our website, and especially once you begin filling out the Typeform to let us know what you are seeking support with.

Here is how it works:

1. You Begin With a Brief, Intuitive Questionnaire

When you feel ready to explore healing with Luminara, you will start by filling out our short Typeform.

This is where you can share what you are looking for support with, whether it is emotional, physical, energetic, or spiritual.

We ask about:

• What you are struggling with or feeling called to work on

• Whether you are navigating emotional heaviness, physical symptoms, burnout, grief, transition, anxiety, relationship challenges, or energetic stagnation

• The kind of support you are seeking such as grounding, clarity, nervous system regulation, spiritual reconnection, energetic cleansing, inner child work, trauma release, or something else

• Your preferences around healer style, modalities, and approach

This step is important because your energy and your intention help guide the match. The more accurately we understand where you are, the more precisely we can support you.

2. You Are Matched With Three Healers Who Align With Your Needs

Once you submit the form, our matching system, created with care, intuition, and practitioner insight, selects three healers who are most aligned with your needs.

Each match considers:

• Their training

• Their lived experience

• Their healing style

• Their intuitive strengths

• The types of clients they support most deeply

Rather than overwhelming you with dozens of profiles, we narrow the field to three practitioners who have the greatest potential to best support you and your unique needs.

3. Meet Each Healer Through Video Introductions, Bios, and Training Overviews

Once you receive your three matched practitioners, you can explore their profiles at your own pace.

You will find:

• A personal introduction video so you can feel their presence, their voice, and the energy they bring into a session

• A clear breakdown of their experience and modalities, whether that is Reiki, theta healing, intuitive coaching, ancestral healing, spiritual channeling, or other modalities

• Their story, their philosophy, and the intention behind their work

• What clients say about them and the types of transformations they have supported

This step is designed to help you feel the resonance. Sometimes you will know immediately. Other times, it may take watching a video or reading their words to notice your body relax and think, yes, this feels right.

4. Book Your Discovery Call (One Per Healer)

Once you have explored your matches, you can book a full 1:1 session right away, or you can book a 20-minute Discovery Call with any of the three healers or with all three if you would like. You are welcome to book one discovery call per healer.

These sessions are not full healings; they are intentional connection spaces.

During your discovery call, you can:

• Ask questions about their approach

• Share what you are working through

• Get a sense of how the healer works with energy

• Explore what a full session would look like for you

• Feel into whether the relationship feels supportive and aligned

5. If You Need to Reschedule or Cancel

You can always email us at contact@luminara.care if you need to reschedule or cancel your discovery call. We simply ask that you let us know in advance so your healer can offer that time to someone else. And as we lovingly say, no-shows are not good for your karma.

Why We Created Discovery Calls

Energy healing is personal, sacred, and often vulnerable. Finding the right healer can shape the entire trajectory of your healing journey, so we do not take the process lightly. Although all of our healers are carefully vetted and deeply trusted by our team, it is still important that you find the healer who feels right for you. With that in mind, we did not want the healer selection process to feel rushed, unsure, or disconnected during the early stages. We wanted you to feel held from the first moment you consider working with us until the very end.

This is why we created the option for discovery calls, so you can feel safe, supported, and confident when booking a session with us.

Sometimes, all it takes is 20 minutes of genuine connection to open the door to profound inner transformation.
