  • As we are HIPAA-compliant and to respect employee privacy, Luminara will manage the full experience for the employee

  • You only pay for sessions booked by employees. Unused credits are reimbursed after 12 months

* We recommend 4 sessions per year to maintain energetic health, so an annual budget of about $1000 per employee

Yes. All energy work sessions on Luminara are private and confidential. And as Luminara is HIPAA-compliant, all user data is private and securely managed.

Yes. All sessions are conducted online, through Luminara's platform, making them accessible globally.

All our practitioners are English speakers, and we indicate on their profiles if they are proficient in another language, such as French or Spanish. However, in most cases, very little is spoken during sessions, so fluency is not required. After all, energy is the universal language :)

Implementation with Luminara is simple and can be set up quickly with minimal HR lift.
